Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your KeepCup as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or washed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused KeepCup in its original retail packaging and include any documentation provided in your return request.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
